Chennai, 20th June, 2019: Ashok Leyland (ALL) today announced a set of organisational changes, in line with the company’s philosophy to provide growth opportunities for talent from within the company. These organisational changes are also in line with the company’s plans to shape the futuregrowth strategies of the company and its portfolio of investments.
Mr. Gopal Mahadevan, who was recently appointed as Whole Time Director in addition to his current role as CFO and President, Customer Solutions Business, will also be responsible for Information Technology (IT), Corporate Strategy & Business Analytics.
Mr. Anuj Kathuria was appointed as Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for all of Medium &Heavy Commercial Vehicle (MHCV) Business.
Mr. Nitin Seth was appointed as Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV), Defence, International Operations (IO) & Power Solutions Business (PSB).
Dr. N Saravanan who was recently appointed as Chief Technology Officer in addition to his current role will also be responsible for the Electric Vehicles(EV) Business.
